Purchased a bedset and exclusive last month. Received the items 2 weeks ago but the bedset arrived without the proper hardware. All the same have not received the hardware and customer service reps take not tried to reach out with updates. I chosen today and simply part of the hardware needed arrived with no update on the rest. I empathize this was the manufacturers mistake but I wait Northeast Mill Direct to pace upwards and attempt to rush ship the hardware. I could've gone any where else that sells this brand, and many other retailers do. I dismantled my former bedset and cleared my chamber for delivery and associates expecting a stress gratis experience but my wife and I are sleeping with our mattress on the floor surrounded past pieces of this bedset for the by 2 weeks. At this rate it'll be a month before our bedset is properly assembled.

Ordered kitchen cupboards months agone. It took forever to come in. Then two were broke, have been waiting half-dozen weeks for replacements. Nobody calls you dorsum. We have had no kitchen fir over 4 months now. Terrible customer service. Joni Packman

March 3 I ordered & paid for a new recliner. It arrived after 3 weeks, but they ordered the wrong colour, and so they reordered it. The new chair arrived later 2 weeks in the same wrong color! Bobby apologized and said it was his mistake for entering the wrong number. It finally arrived after 6 weeks! The chair was to be delivered Saturday. bet 3-6. At 5 the delivery part & the commuter called to say they were running late. The commuter still had 4-5 deliveries. I said no trouble, thinking it'd be there past 8 or 8:30. At x pm, I hadn't heard anything so I left a msg for the commuter & the office and went to bed. At xi:45 PM the commuter called me twice to say he just finished the last commitment & I am adjacent!!! I told him NO way, that he merely woke me up. Mon I chosen the delivery office & she'due south telling me they can't evangelize at vii pm on Tues., that they don't deliver that late! Did she really merely say that??!! I asked how it was OK for them to deliver the chair afterward midnight on a Saturday. night, simply they couldn't deliver at seven pm on a weeknight. It's now more than three months & I withal don't have the chair. Terrible customer service & delivery service! This is my first... and Terminal time shopping hither.

Over a yr ago, I ordered cabinets for a renovation that I had to get on the market. Shamus was my sales rep. The cabinets arrived in nifty condition, and I was very pleased with the quality. Iris measured one of them incorrectly, and I called to have the correct size ordered. I called Iris v x and left letters on her voicemail too as with the receptionist. No response. I called an asked to speak with Shamus and manager 6x. Each time, I was told that Shamus was out of the part and that the managing director "was on the road" and could not be reached. Don't these guys employ cell phones? Afterward two weeks of this, I took off work, drove down to the showroom and sat in the waiting room. Miraculously the missing manager came out, and I explained the situation for the 11th time. I had the correct measurements and finally placed an order for the correct cabinet. It took another 4 weeks for the new cabinet to arrive which prepare u.s. back to list the house. The bottom line is that this was an easy fix, notwithstanding, the customer service was across horrible. No client should have to brand over 11 phone calls and so bulldoze to the exhibit in society to talk with someone. I take since completed two more renovations and am in the process of renovating 20 apartments. I had planned on using Northeast Manufacturing plant Direct, only this volition never happen.

But finished a kitchen remodel. We used NEFD to "blueprint" and supply the cabinets, and also purchased installation and countertops through affiliated businesses. The kitchen had bug and all involved made things right involving fixing mistakes and compensation, except for NEFD. The kitchen chiffonier layout had errors which they pushed off onto the divide installers. Spacers in betwixt cabinets are needed to allow door swing without interference. The spacers were missing, non to mention an outlet which is now buried behind a fridge. They never one time came to the business firm to come across the installation and correct any errors. We take had missing material shipped in 4 or 5 times, adding fourth dimension to the remodel project. I purchased my own compressor and air gun so that I can finish the project. They just took my money up front and have little interest in making things right. The just response I received from NEFD was I am lying, and none from the possessor. Be cautious when using them.

I ordered a dining set up with 4 chairs from Northeast factory direct and felt comfy having a local store should there be whatever problems every bit opposed to an online retailer. What a mistake!! After all of the frustration with the procedure, I decided that I no longer wanted the item and would like a refund since they couldn't seem to get the result addressed in a timely manner. I was really hung upwards on past 1 of the managers when I described my wishes for a refund hearing (rudely and abruptly) "I will schedule pickup with our commitment agent".. click. I called dorsum and asked to exist put in touch on with the owner and was told I would be contacted back. Inside seconds, the manager returned the call acting all cheery and accommodating. Patently they aren't willing to actually offer customer service unless you try to escalate things and expose the shoddy way they are operating and how poorly yous are being treated. Information technology's now been two weeks since they picked the item up.... after being assured that a refund would exist issued once they received the item I yet have no confirmation of refund or advice of when to expect it. I chosen again two days ago to be greeted with,"i don't have tape of any refund, I'll call bookkeeping at the other store to see where things stand." Two days, nothing..... now I sit down here with no table, no chairs and $900 sitting in limbo somewhere that I hope to get back. This process, which has now been going on for over 30 days is yet not addressed which is admittedly absurd. Truth exist told, after researching some products online, you lot can get better pricing through online retailers and receive free shipping. I would suggest going this route and don't be sold on the thought that "having a local retailer is improve in case of any issues". working with Northeast Factory Direct has been a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Went to see the kitchen cabinets and surprise they had the ones I wanted on display, laid out with a beautiful counter in granite. I was able to open up and close drawers and doors, see the quality, and the craftsmanship. These were not simply bargain basement rejects. These were some of the nicest cabinets I have encountered. The salesgirl Paula was friendly and informative without beingness pushy. Overall, my feel there was peachy. I would rate their cabinets and salesperson a 5 star winner.

My husband and I decided to remodel my kitchen/dining room early last yr. I researched many dissimilar suppliers of kitchen cabinets and was surprised at the proposed cost. I have bought several pieces from NED and this fourth dimension was not a 5 star feel. I ordered a hutch that took a calendar month to get. I had to telephone call to find out it was in and when it finally was delivered it was damaged. I called them and the gentleman told me that they were really busy and someone would maybe get back to me on Monday. This was delivered on Saturday. I called back on Dominicus and spoke to wonderful girl who told me someone would get back to me. I was apologized to and they did find the same piece of piece of furniture within a few days. But when I made the call and was told pretty much also bad and we will get back to you when we detect time really ruined it for me. The quality and price keeps me going back. But the customer service there needs some major attending.

My husband and I went to Northeast Factory Directly looking for new living room piece of furniture. We were greeted by a friendly staff and didn't have to wait to exist helped. We were shown various recliners but found a love seat nosotros really liked, simply the recliner was non on the floor. Alex immediately went to the calculator and found it. Success and nosotros were sold on what we had picked out. There was no pressure for u.s.a. to buy at that bespeak, but nosotros did get ahead and complete the auction. He was knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful. We are planning on going back when nosotros are prepare for a kitchen counter pinnacle table and chairs. Can't beat the prices either! The commitment crew was smashing too! Friendly and concerned about not scratching anything and placed the furniture exactly where nosotros wanted it.

I tin't recommend Northeast Factory Direct highly enough. Alex and his staff - particularly my designer, Paula - were wonderful and eager to brand sure that my cabinet gild was well washed and on time. My installer was amazed at the quality of the cabinets, and he has now begun recommending NEFD to his clients. Alex isn't exaggerating when he says that you tin can relieve 50% or more. My unabridged kitchen would take cost north of $10,000 at either of the large box stores. I ended up paying $4,000. You can't beat that.
